St. Francis of Assisi has a Finance Council. The Finance Council has an advisory and consultative role with the Pastor in ensuring the parish goods are administered in accordance with the norms of both civil and canon law.
The financial matters of the parish include revenue, expenses, investments, bookkeeping, salaries, construction contracts, sales, purchases, personnel matters and the maintenance of the parish property and buildings. The Council oversees the parish books and records, prepares annual income tax returns and financial statements.
